Love this place. Had a chicken burger with fries which was amazing. The Mrs had the other burger that comes with sweet potatoe fries. Everything was amazing! Coffee was great and the decor was clean and chic love it

One of the nicest food places in Dubai. Not flashy and fancy, but rather simple in the interior. Sounds very busy and is so. Great small menu - try the soup of the day, a nice surprise for sure. Only the espresso fails to excite, unfortunately the same problem in all places (Tom&Serg, the Sum of Us and Common ground in Emirates mall). Fix this (e.g., by using fresh roasted Ethiopian single sort) and you deserve 5 stars.

Vibrant, Cheerful, Busy, Casual. Liked the atmosphere even though a bit noisy. The food was tasty, had ordered chicken satay, soup of the day (cauliflower) and a chicken burger. The soup portion was good but the portion of the Chicken satay could have been better. If haphazard garnishing is fine with someone, then maybe it's OK, but in my opinion it could have been a little more well arranged. The fries that came with the burger felt a bit over fried. The chicken filling itself was good but not great (could do with some better quality choice of chicken). However it was the sauce that gave the burger a good taste. Overall, the meal was satisfying but missed short of the wow factor or that one special ingredient that would have made me ask for the Chef's name. :) A little more eye for detail with regards to cleanliness and maintenance :one black sofa near the window had a big a cellotape on one of its legs, a few sofas have upholstered buttons missing and the table legs could do with some cleaning. Overall a nice experience, friendly staff.

Beautiful spot, perfect for lunch break. Has a nice menu with a lot of choices suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Good vibe, amazing and efficient staff, interesting recipes.
For what it is in my opinion its a bit overpriced, portions are quite small. Everything else- perfect!

My favorite place in Dubai when it comes to incredible food. You can literally order anything on the menu and every dish is prepared with care and tastes incredible. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is the disgusting state of the ladies bathroom. I have been to Tom & Serg over 10 times in the last couple of months and every single time the ladies’ bathroom is in a terrible state. Dirty, no toilet paper, smelly etc.
The staff really need to work on keeping the bathrooms clean because it’s really putting off loyal customers.

So this place is super cool and trendy. As a general rule I always mark down a restaurant or eatery if there are issues, that’s the whole point of a review in my opinion. In this case I am going to go totally against this rule. We had a very long wait for food as the order didn’t make it to the kitchen which was a shame but when the tram realised they dived it. Service was impeccable. When the food arrived it was also sublime. Strong Americano Coffee, flavoursome and fresh juices. It’s not the cheapest of eateries but you really get what you pay for. Highly recommended and will certainly be returning.

Went to Tom&Serg a few days ago and absolutely loved it. Even though it is a little out of the way from main Dubai attractions it is worth the drive. I felt like I was back in Melbourne Australia where the lunch and cafe culture is king. Cool and modern decor, healthy food options and affordable side orders. Juices, smoothies and deliscious shakes. If I could get the server's attention a little easier, would be best but this is Dubai after all. I will go back there for sure.

Really didnt like the grilled chicken, because of the sauce. The service is ok. Their smoothie is really good, and also their bread pudding was amazing. Coffee is great here, and tea is really good.

Great food and amazing staff. It's a bit on the expensive side and sometimes noisy. I like how it had different sections like downstairs and upstairs which can be a bit more quit and a second section upstairs that slightly cut off from the first. We ordered a salad which was the size of a full meal and very satisfying and a burger which looked very juicy. Spend about AED100 each.

Very nice place, I had my breakfast their . Location is great. Service was very nice and friendly. Menu had a lot of options which is nice. It was a bit crowded however the atmosphere was great and you don't feel it. It's a good place for friends or alone time if you enjoy vibrant coffees.

Very busy with funky menu. Has a small kids play area witg books and toys. Over priced but good as a change. Food is good, magic coffee was different personally did not like it.

One of a kind neighborhood spot, although I am not in a hurry to go back. Busy ambience with great menu options. If looking for something different definitely the place to go. Coffee was excellent, flat white made how it should be. Only criticism is the prices a little on the high side for a cafe and you can find better value elsewhere bit maybe not the same ambience

Very cool and stylish place. I love the industrial interior style. And what's even more important, the coffee is among the best I've ever had (love the "magic" version). For me it's a perfect place to hang around on the weekend and enjoy a delicious late breakfast! The staff is also very friendly
