I used to be a regular customer until they ruined my eyelashes by leaving glue on them after eyelash extensions removal (their application was bad in the first place and I had to get them removed after a few days). Their answer to my situation was "it's fine, your eyelashes will fall off and grow back again". Management couldn't help and were useless. I haven't been there again since then, and I have let everyone know about my horrible experience with them.

The lady at the moroccan bath had over exfoliated my skin. I returned home to find red bruises all over my back which felt very painful and kept burning for couple of days. I still have marks.

Not even one star. It was the worst experience ever I will never ever come back there.. When I told them about my complaint the supervisor did not even blink she did not even tried to fix it she only said "sorry ma'am" are you kidding me! No really!!!

The head neck and shoulders massage was great. My gellish manicure was perfect. Eyebrow threading was painful. Booked Moroccan bath, full body massage, hair and facial for Friday.

They have expensive prices, and they do waxing really fast as if someone is running behind them eventhough still their is some hair, and they don't respond fast when calling.👎🏻

Price: expensive
Mani-padi: best in the area
Halawa: bad .. Always get burns
Waxing: average to bad, not that clean
Morrocon bath: average ( the khaleeg Al Arabia branch is much better in this service)
Hair section: washing service & blow dry is really good but hair style is not good
