  I went for my first ever Turkish bath. I didn't know what to expect, and have no other experience to compare to, but overall I was happy with the results. At Tips and Toes in Hili Mall, there is no actual bath, it's more of a shower within a steam room. After being rinsed off, I was rubbed down with an herby scented soap and left in the steam room (laying on a towel covered tile table) for about 20 minutes. The steam was so thick I only knew the attendant came in from the cool draft of the door opening. Next I was rinsed again and then thoroughly scrubbed from head to toe. I have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous about being scrubbed with a loofah mitt, but there was nothing to fear. After the scrub, my hair was washed, I was soaped up again, rinsed, and then had a nice argan-based cream applied to my skin. The woman who cleaned me is named Naima. She was very professional and obviously takes pride in doing good work. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the time laying on the tiled table was not comfortable and the hair washing experience wasn't as good as it could have been.

  very special thanks for the beautiful Manager Miss Sabreen for her assistance and her kindness and how the way how she is motivated her staff. am very appreciate to their hospitality and being ambassadors for TIPS and Toes. however i will recommend this branch to my friends . Best Manager and Best STAFF.

  this is the best tips and toes branch (HILI BRANCH) I visit almost all the branch in Dubai but Hili is the most outstanding in quality of service and customer service.
