Tim Hortons cafe & bake. Place for quick bites and good coffee. Had a latte, expresso and tuscan chicken. Food is good and tasty, I asked for a brown bread tuscan, the person informed me politely to wait for 15 mins to make it. The place is so quite, situiated in big food court. 24 hours service in ADNOC station. Not only bites they are ready with baked like muffins, cookies, Donuts, brewed coffee, iced coffee, and some mugs flasks of their brand.

Very rude staff. Thinking they are friendly but they are just impolite. Asking to go back to the car to find 1 Dirham coin as they don't have the change. Training or selection of appropriate people is needed.

Coffee tastes great, people are kind and polite. Food tastes great. Having moved from Canada, its great to have the same tasting coffee, tea biscuits, and bagels - and better tasting b-fast sandwichs

This is the only coffeehouse on my way to work, so I stop everyday to get my "Americano" coffee. For several months now, this coffee shop has not been able to make me one good Americano cup. They "replaced" three machines (I don't know if the replacements were old or new), but all had the same problem, which point at a supplier issue. The staff were wonderful and very apologetic, but they could do little under inept management. It was clear the machines were of poor quality. Senior management should really look into this. What is a coffee shop good for if it can't make coffee?
