Nice and beautiful hotel in the middle of dessert. But very far from Dubai it took around 2-3 hour to reach there. Staff are very friendly. One thing I don't like is that place are not clean. You can see dead house fly every were, and I mean and that disgusting. Atleast you can expect in this kind of hotel. Rest all good and fine. In evening you can do outdoor activities like camel ride, sand bashing etc. Peace full and beautiful place but best time to visit there in winter time.

Not matching the hyper reviews in the case of staffs and coordination. No proper internal communication and the guests wait for everything start from checkin. Atmosphere and ambience are good and the view from pool is amazing. Didn't woke up for breakfast, so no clue about that.

You really can't go wrong with this hotel in this region. It's tucked away which fosters a relaxing, secluded atmosphere. However, there is still plenty to do and see here and in the town. They have frequent events going on and offer additional activities at reasonable costs. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are really nice and are kept clean. The staff will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and accommodated and are all very friendly. If there's any issue, they won't hesitate to fix it. It's truly a nice place to stay.

This hotel is situated in a remote part of Abu Dhabi ahead of Madinat Zayed.
This hotel is admist a desert and has marvelous views. It is usually fully booked during weekends, more so if it's winter.
It has 1 restaurant, Liyali, that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are not many vegetarian choices in at the restaurant.
They have an infinity pool that overlooks the desert, which is remarkable. The hotel itself is clean. The rooms are large.response / report this review -

Beautiful property, not a fan of food, polite and helpful staff. If you buy the romantic package, don’t be fooled by private butler and 5 course dinner, its basically room service for free from a set menu. I was expecting something more refined. The supposed “butler” came in and put all the food on table uncovered so me and my husband were practically eating cold food. I am giving all the three stars to the amazing spa staff and front office staff.

Very important notice for the visitors, we lost our way in the desert at 18KM from the hotel, we was following the google-map, and it took us to a sandy way, we thought it will be fine after few kilometres! but our cars were stuck in the sand and we was rescued by the Abu Dhabi police (thanks a lot !!) , we was stuck for more than 2 hours!! no indication about the hotel at all and the map the hotel provided was not very clear!!! be careful dears!

After a 2 hour drive through complete desert i had no idea what to expect and was completely blown away.
The hotel is incredible, the location is out of this world.
Absolutely worth a visit any time you're in the UAE - don't let the length of the drive put you off.response / report this review -

Its a beautiful place for families and Couples. Outdoor pool. Desert side Bar and Restaurant, Mon to Sat Live Belly Dance, Quad Bike Hire, Desert Safari, Camel Ride, Gym, Massage, Kiting, Sand Dune Skating, Sheesha, Outdoor Bar, Sand Walk, I must recommend at least 2 nights stay to enjoy the nights and day at this beautiful place.

Good atmosphere, beautiful surroundings. Perfect for 3-4 nights. Food needs improvement on re-filling of buffet and variety. Overall good value for the money. Don't use suggested Google Maps route if you drive yourself.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the desert. We drove from Abu Dhabi and it took us less than 3h to arrive there. Facilities are very good with a nice staff. The all inclusive offer allowed us to not worry about the cost of the food and drinks (including alcohol). This could be important because this hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. But this is its charm. Several activities and services are proposed : quad, camel riding, camel farm visit, spectral on the night, massage, spa, nany for your baby Even if your budget does not permit you to spend on activities (these are extra and are not part of the all inclusive offers of the hotel) It is still ideal for relaxing for few days.

Great place for a relaxing weekend. The hotel has a beautiful sandy layout. Deep into the desert, however not remotely isolated. The surrounding structures spoil otherwise a beautiful scenic view of the desert. There is only one restaurant and the food is not that great.

Some AC issues on arrival which they fixed immidetly. General ac problems in the Lobby and the prayer rooms. Food was great. Staff where polite. Swimming pool water was a bit cloudy and needed more filtration. Had a great message.

I stayed here for 6 weeks, and the whole time was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful, as well as the hallways, and pool/courtyard! I believe they just refinished the food bar area, and that is amazing as well. It is a hideaway hotel in the middle of the desert, so they also offer canel rides, and quadbiking (for a fee), the food is very good as well!

Have been to many hotels, but this one was very special because of the service & people, a very special thank you to Mr. Sanjay, for making this occasion unique. Food is excellent, rooms added to the occasion, and an unexpected up gradation was a welcome blessing. We were pampered to the extent that leaving was difficult. I would definitely recommend this place and My family too, would look forward to coming here again. Not forgetting the ever alert & resourceful Hassan, and the 1000 watt smiling Lekshimi, and never tiring Pandian.

Really Nice & Awesome hotel, gorgeous rooms, They have buffet restaurant with different theme every night and it's delicious. They have everything - nice pool has a great view to the desert, live music in the evenings
