  Best location for those who travel by Bus as it has easy connectivity to Dubai , Building cleanness is not good , it is 35 floor so in morning during peak hours ( office / school ) we need to wait for lift for 10/15 Mins

  Due to the reason that building owner is not local you can expect high sewa bill during summer. 2-4 times higher than normal bill. Tonight here electricity(may 10 1am) there is no maintenance guys available. Its too hot here. No one knows whts happening. SEWA says its their problem. Now its more than 3hr. No way to sleep.

  Well maintained building at least on most floors. As i have been in 1 of the flats on the 1st Floor of Tower A which is a bit disappointing. SEWA bill seems to be always on higher rate that even during winter season, our bill wont be less than 600aed. However, due to its location, it is an ideal place to stay esp for those who works in Dubai. I feel safe here because of the security guards and cameras. Therefore, Overall experience is Good.

  Al Yarmook Tower is a Tiger Bldg in Al Nahda Sharjah near the Bridge and close to Safeer Mall. It has a Grand Supermarket on the ground level. That will be the landmark since theres a lot of Tiger Bldg in Sharjah

  I wouldn’t recommend this building to my enemy.. the worst building, staff, Maintainance, management I’ve seen in the last 8 years. Careful they never refund your deposit.

  Good budgeted place for living. Specially C&D block. Good Maintenance and staff support. Very close to commute to Dubai.
