Honestly such beautiful hearty homely food. Great variety of options for breakfast and had a superb atmosphere. Service was superb. We had grandmas omelette, the deconstructed bagel, mushroom eggs and a manaesh. Cake to finish with coffee. Delightful food.

Our son got to meet Eva too, what a fantastic way to end the meal! We’ll be back and will be bringing friends 😃

A real treasure in Dubai. I found this place accidentally and have recommended to my many of my friends and all were happy as well. Good for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Fast service, good quality of food and competitive prices. During summer period when the terrace is close inside a bit overcrowded

Such a wonderful experience. This place owned by a Jordanian national presenting authentic Jordanian cuisine. Owner was available, welcoming us all the way through our wonderful journey in Three By Eva. The decoration of the place with live olive trees 🌳 gives the feeling that we are actually in Jordan 🇯🇴. The presented meals were plenty, we had to ask take away. Service was excellent. Price found suitable to value.
Will let you go ghrough the photos to know better what I mean 😊

The restaurant is two levels with a small bakery shop on the first floor where you will find bread along with labneh, olives, pickles, sesame sweets, and other tempting delights. The space is lovely with a calming ambiance and perpetual humm of conversation from all over. I was told Monday mornings are the best for quiet time.
The quality of food was wonderful. I could tell someone thought about the flavor and plating.
There is plenty of parking available in front of the building or in adjoining street.

I had been hearing about this place for a LONG time and really wanted to try out their food.

The food was delicious and perhaps one of the best manakeesh I’ve ever had (and I’ve lived in Dubai my whole life - so you can imagine how many I’ve eaten)

There was some waiting time before we were seated and the staff tending to us seemed a bit stressed. I understand that - they were busy, it was full and it was peak lunch hour (on a weekend!)

The food arrived quickly, the staff serving us were all extremely friendly and played around with our baby too! The high chair was clean and provided to us quickly.

One thing worth mentioning though is the lack of change table in the bathroom. If you provide high chairs for babies then a change table is also important. The only 2 options for me to change my baby were the floor or between 2 sinks on a hard marble surface. And yes - I definitely needed to change him ASAP.

I managed, but it was quite inconvenient. I would love to return! But it’ll have to be without baby, and there aren’t too many opportunities for that.
