Can’t say much for the company but I can comment on our real estate agent, Christiaan Barnard.
Met him for the first time and he brought us to a few properties to see what we were looking for, During this period he listened to what we had to say and what we were looking for. He was very professional and friendly and ignored all his messages and calls while with us, stating that he would contact the people later but that he was at this time there for us. He made us feel that we were his only clients and that his focus was on us finding our home.
After the initial showings he remained focused and within two weeks had found exactly what we were looking for. He was honest and open about every property we looked at and his integrity is second to none.
While we were approached by other agents, we found that they just wanted to make a sale, didn’t listen to what we required or wanted. Christiaan listened intently to what we wanted and delivered.
I would recommend Christiaan to anyone wanting to buy property in Dubai.
You cannot beat integrity and honesty in the real estate business, don’t fall for those wanting to make a quick sale.response / report this review -

Michael Dower is an exceptional real estate agent! In the process of buying our first home we so had many hurdles to face. In-between all those hurdles, he persisted to make a way until we overcame each of them. I couldn't recommend a better agent to guide you through the process, Michael pours his time and care into you as a valued client while making your dream become a reality. I worked with Nico Badenhorst and his service was absolutely amazing.

Being new in Dubai, trying to find an ideal house for me and my family was tough. You need to have a good Property Agent who is reliable and sincere to meet your needs. I am very happy to recommend Luxury Property as I have found their Property Agent Mr Francois Groenewald who has helped me to find a house so quickly that I know from the first impression of the house that I know that was the right one for my family. Francois was very responsive and sincere when I first contacted him via the property finder posting. He is very professional in his approach collecting all the requirements that I need and very quickly he provide me pictures of properties that could possibly meet my needs. True enough all the properties that Francois has brought me to view were all very pleasant and I am able to select the best one to close the deal quickly. During the process, Francois has also provide good suggestions and opinions.

After experiencing the Dubai " real estate agent mentality" ( trying to make a quick buck with minimum effort) for some weeks in my search for a house in Dubai, I met Ryan and from day 1 he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and secure in trying to find a new place. He was happy to go the extra mile resulting in us finding a beautiful villa in a nice community. I highly recommend him and his firm as they are honest, efficient and in it for the long term. Breath of fresh air and they will continue to stand out in the UAE real estate business.
