  A very bad service, ordered flowers online, paid 700 AED, could not understand what happened to my order. The order was not delivered on a birthday and they kept passing me from one staff to another, all do not speak English or understand English, could not find my details, it is the worst flower delivery service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are total rubbish.

  I needed to rent their tables for a engagement party and they didn’t answer the phone at all! During all times of the day. I tired calling in the evening, morning, noon everything. I also called the white boutique directly ,they told me they would call me back on three different occasions by three different people (they never did), I emailed them four time to which they finally respond , and the service of installing the tables costs more than the cost of renting the tables themselves ,which would of been fine if the people responsible weren’t so disorganized and unprofessional. I didn’t want to risk it seeing I could only contact them through email and I wouldn’t get a reply until the following week.

  Very good flower quality, variety, and setup. Slightly overpriced though.
  Catering also quite good very organized. Tends to be busy so book in advance.
  Costumer service when in the place was not as expected. And the setup in the boutique could have been better.
