If your into weightlifting, powerlifting and boxing, this is the DEFINITELY the place to be. Wonderful front desk staff always smiling and saying 'hello", wonderful upstairs loft staff with smiles plenty smiles serving a fresh variety of healthy meals and protein fruit smoothies including vegan ones.
Great personal trainers available to show you the right technique on intimating Arnold Schwarzenegger machines. Thank you Andy for showing me how to use the Standing TBar.
Very grateful that this gym is available during my 60 day vacation and first time in Dubai and UAE.

The place used to be good when they had just opened, it was clean and organized unlike my last visit. The machines were filthy, extremely sweaty and there were towels of a lot of people just lying around on the machines.
Hygiene has gone down I hope they will look into this.response / report this review -

This gym is easily located and has a great vibe. The staff are great and the equipment extensive. Spacious, airy and we'll appointed. The place wasn't too packed when I visited and why else does a gym nut need? Plenty of calibrated plates nd eleiko bars. Crossfit area - check. Sled track - check. Oh, they also have a nice cosy cafe upstairs.

With 2 branches and a 3rd on the way, picking this gym is a no-brainer. Good music, great equipment, great energy. I’ve been a member for a year now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you prefer a quieter workout, get there in the mornings. Highly recommended.

This gym has a truly unique atmosphere. It feels like an underground club- strong industrial vibe. It's a fun place to work out and the people are friendly.

One of the coolest gyms in Dubai that offers challenging combat classes and private sessions with top personal trainers. Gym also stands out with its underground decor, graffitis, neon lights and a truly unique atmosphere.

If you're looking for a great workout, this is the place. The trainers here are unbelievable and very friendly. They're really welcoming and always encourage and motivate you to be the best you can be. Would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

The most hardcore gym in UAE. They have serious bodybuilders, power lifters and strongmen. the last two are my focus. I found my little niche here in Dubai.
