  They used to be good a few years back, highly priced but decent service.
  Our latest experience was very poor, we waited forever to get response and the quality of their work is very poor, especially for the money they charge.
  We won’t use them again

  Very unprofessional and unreliable. Prices are way too high for the quality of their work.
  Would not recommend this supplier for any work. The products are ok but also overpriced.
  We had work done by them recently. It took the team over 4 months to fix a few panels, a simple paint job.
  We paid a lot of money for the repair and two weeks after they had painted some handles the color peeled off. Now they are simply ignoring us and they don’t even bother to reply to e-mails anymore.
  Our only option is a legal case and lucky in Dubai by law any service needs to come with a 3 month warranty.

  Some great designs, polite service and professional.
  Only downside is their opening timings. Took me 3 months to take my husband there due to their timings. Decision makers can’t do the 10-6pm most luxury stores are open till 7pm or 8pm to cater to customers.
