Okay, place for cleaning clothes and laundry service. Not a very pleasant experience here still I think it's important at what time anyone is visiting and on which day of the week. As weekends are mostly busy and people of different origins come here for washing that can impact overall experience I believe..

Awful experience as spoiled fabric of new pair of my husband's trousers (tailor-made). Fabric not only spoiled, but shrunk , so they became very short and button does not close at all. When asked for reimbursement, they disappear and do not want to deal with us at all and still keeping the trousers with them, after collected for supposedly "checking" what happened. Do not trust them with your items, as once they also brought me somebody's else shirt

They send a message saying the laundry is ready i reply to the sms, call the number and inform and also call the office and ask them to deliver and they always say yes but fail to deliver on the same day. In fact its been two days and its not yet arrived.
work on your service guys.. its seriously annoying when you guys do not respond positively.response / report this review
