Very rude staff and unprofessional. .
I have brought a client cash buyer to buy a property from First group .. and because appointment was not confirmed the lady her name Vlada start shouting and being very rude to the client

We told her we are waiting for the seller and she is like you can go to the coffee shop and meet the seller otherwise she will call the security
We have been dealing with other 100 developers this developer is the worst customer services in The UAE

She was literary kicking us out from the office
Ans saying out or i will have to ask the security to come

Beware its a con alot of fake reviews on here .Sales people on big commission and company all show with the plush office and mercedes jeeps stay away you will easily be conned by free sandwiches and cokes beware of slime ball call mohammed haris.Your yearly income of these so called hotel units are not guaranteed they may offer you £10,000 a year on your £300,000 investment but Only give you £2000 BEWARE .BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE .

I strongly believe The First Group demonstrates the perfect combination of price and quality. Their apartments are very attractive to the guests and always reserved. I personally own a suite at Metro Central and absolutely happy with it. Try it now! You should get a good return on this investment.

If you have decided to rent your unit through The First Group, don't expect to get the payment on time. very slow service and they never respond to your calls or emails.

Even the Manager was involved, her name is Anna but no avail!

What I value most about Dubai is its multicultural environment. This is what creates a really creative atmosphere here, and that’s why I visit Dubai Design District so often.

I really liked the investment terms that The First Group offers its clients. It’s great that I don’t need to look for clients and to manage all the leasing issues. That’s highly convenient. Surely the prices are not low at all, at least in my understanding. But I managed to collect the necessary sum of money, and even picked a unit in Dubai Marina area. Tomorrow we’re finishing paperwork, so I will simply have to wait till the construction is finished.

We had no previous experience of such an investment so we couldn’t risk buying several units. We bought a single unit in TECOM after all, in an unfinished project. When the hotel was handed over, we started getting our profits and realized it’s working fine, so we invested again. So nowadays we get our profits from 3 different units in various Dubai areas. We are really thankful to all the stuff members for their professionalism.

The First Group are very big into writing their own fake 5 star reviews, not just on this web site but they have their own fake review websites full of fake 5 star reviews that refuse to publish real reviews.

Are you willing to trust them with your money if they are willing deceive you by writing fake review? They are being dishonest with you even before they have made contact with you so imagine how the will turn out. Think about it and do research before you invest. Read at some of the forums and not just reviews, you will see that The First Group has swindled many people out of their savings.

A lot of people have trusted TheFirstGroup with their money and The First Group has betrayed that trust.
