completely discontented!
I came in and waited for 45 minutes before being admitted to a doc's office only to find out that he is absent then I left completely unsatisfied due to disorganization and clear staff misbehavior.
I made it clear that due to a medical condition I cannot sit nor stand for long periods of time but still that wasn't considered.response / report this review -

Today was my 2nd visit to this wonderful clinic. And both times my teeth were treated by Dr. Vera. I am sincerely grateful to her for her high professional qualities. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and acquaintances. And if I need dental care, I know where to go only to this clinic. Thank you so much, Dr. Vera!

I had the privilege to be seen by Dr.Philippe and it was great treatment I received from him. He clearly explained the issue that I had for couple of months and illustrated my options. I strongly recommend him especially if you have a complicated issue. He has regular visits to Dubai for surgeries.

I had broken front tooth and just went on emergency to them as they were the only one open on Friday evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of work by Dr. Vera. She took lot of time to fix my tooth and made sure its comfortable. NB parking is easily available.

I am using Invisalign braces for my crooked and misaligned teeth. In fact, few of my teeth were bulging like fangs on a vampire for which I opted for Invisalign because it is a virtually invisible option. I am very pleased with the Invisalign experience and I started to see visible effects in less than 6 weeks. It persuades me to continue the treatment for a more confident smile. Another benefit that I enjoy is it’s removable and I can take my Invisalign aligners out for cleaning without maneuvering around the wires and brackets since it is not fixed to my teeth. Choosing Meddental Clinic for my Invisalign treatment is a great decision because of the friendly staff and professional yet polite orthodontist. He has revealed my finished treatment results in my initial visits. Extremely satisfied with the service!! Thank you so much for helping me achieve a radiant smile!!

What a flabbergasting experience with Dome MedDental Clinic. My wife was treated in emergency for a filling, and I had a bleaching carried out. All equipments are from last generation ! And all staff including Dr Philip are wonderful people ! I can only recommend to anyone this Clinic ! And I have a long claim list to hand over to my regular dentist in Belgium. JJ

In general, I had a very good experience at MedDental in JLT Dubai. From the front desk throughout. All systems are in place and they really take care of their patients. More specifically, I wish to thank Dr. Iryna Zinkovych for the great experience and quality cosmetic restorations you have done on my teeth. I am usually apprehensive about needles and it was no sweat at all. In fact, I am ready for the next needle, thanks to your gentle touch. I am pleased with your professional yet personable service.

Quite simply the best dental experience of my life . I genuinely have a true fear of the dentist, since childhood it’s been a traumatic. But I found the Dr & staff at this practice not only to professional but also compassionate. I still fear having to go but if needs must ! This is the dentist I will be going to !

Had a wisdom tooth issue and it was killing me by the time I got to the Clinic. They were quick to assess my situation and got me to Doctor Philippe to fix it. I had couple of tooth extractions before, but this is the most pleasant and pain less although I was under lot of pain when I got there. Doctors and the staff are very professionally and friendly. After the tooth was removed when local anesthesia was fading out I was struck again by immense of pain (this is expected). Doctor Philippe and the staff help to get the pain down and I’m much appreciated for that, thank you guys.
Only down side is that my insurance is not covered at this location so now I must get that sorted manually.
Beside that I would recommend this place for anyone. Awesome staff and professional Doctors.response / report this review -

Before meeting doctor Maria, I was really scared to visit dentists, it was always an unpleasant experience for me. I remember my first appointment with Dr Maria, I asked to be gentle as I was scared of pain, etc. To my enormous surprise, I did not even feel anything after her anesthetic injection, moreover I now like visiting the clinic. I have been a patient of Dr Maria for more that 5 years, and been coming to Dome Meddental clinic since its opening in JLT. The attitude of everyone in the clinic makes you feel home, it is actually one of the places where I now relax and even manage to chat to doctor while she is doing her job.
I am very happy with this clinic and highly recommend it to everyone who lives or visiting Dubai. No pain, good for your pocket, really professional doctors, especially my favorite DR Maria, and very mice personnel. They even have a TV on the ceiling to watch your favorite TV show or youtube channel while you lay down in dentist's chair, what else you can wish for? :)response / report this review -
