نصيحة محد يتعامل وياهم ابدا. انا اشتريت سيارة سوزوكي من عندهم سنه 2015 وكان سعرها زين وسئلت البياع اذا فيها حوادث و قال لي اي سيارة عندنا نفحصها اذا فيها اي مشكله ما نبيعها ابدا. اشتريتها و نجحت في الفحص وتمت السيارة عندي سنتين و مره ضربت حاجز بلاستك بس الدعمه كانت خفيفه و يوم بغيت اجدد السياره طلع لي في الفحص راسب وان الشاصي اللي جدام معواي. قلت في خاطري
مستحيل دعمه البلاستك تعوي الشاصي جي. اتصلت على وكاله السوزوكي وعطيتهم رقم الشاصي على اساس انهم بيصلحونها وهني كانت الصدمه. قالوا لي ان السيارة متكنسله في 2014 بحادث قوي و انهم ما يقدرون يصلحونها باعتبار السيارة متكنسله من عندهم.
يعني انا شاري سيارة من معرض مستعمل تابع لوكيل و نصبوا علي. الحين لو ابي ابيع السيارة الحين يمكن ما تيب لي 5000 درهم.
فنصيحه حق كل واحد يشتري سيارة مستعمله. خذوا رقم الشاصي و تاكدوا عند وكيل السيارة قبل لا تدفعون درهم واحد لهم.
انا اللي قاهرني اني شاري من وكيل يعني لازم يكون فيه ثقه بس مع الاسف طلعوا نصابينresponse / report this review -

I walked into the SZR Dubai branch looking for a car (like any other normal person!) and I was offered a Nissan Tiida for which I had to pay a deposit of AED 500 to view the car. So I pay the deposit being told that the money will be refunded immediately if i choose to not buy the car later. This was obviously a lie and I figured that out only the following day when I asked for a refund. 18 days later I was still chasing them for my money and in return of an apology from the company management, I get someone calling me and SCREAMING on the phone. How amazing!
So here are my personal ratings for this company :
Staff Attitude - Horrible
Customer Service - Misleading and unhelpful (All they wanted to do was make a sale. Lie or cheat does'nt matter!)
Capability - Ineffiecient
Overall experience - Hated it
Unless your really desperate to buy a car on the spot, I would not recommend this dealership at all. There are plenty other options available in Dubai to buy cars that will not only help you make a decision, but also provide you quality service and make you feel good about your purchase. After all buying a car can be a big decision for some.
Therefore a big NO NO to Carzone. Besides, please make sure you NEVER pay a deposit to them coz you will end up begging for your money!!response / report this review
