  I recently had the pleasure of using The Box Self Storage in Dubai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I've used storage facilities in the past, but none have come close to the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and convenience that I found at The Box.
  
  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They assisted me in choosing the right-sized storage unit and provided invaluable advice on packing and organizing my belongings.
  
  I was particularly impressed by the security measures in place at the facility. With 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a secure access control system, I felt confident that my possessions were safe and well-protected. The facility itself was spotlessly clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled, which is crucial when storing delicate items in Dubai's heat.
  
  One of the standout features for me was the online support system. It made reserving a storage unit incredibly easy and hassle-free. The Box also offers a range of packaging materials and even a moving service, making it a one-stop-shop for all your storage and moving needs.

  The storage facility is clean, temp controlled, and indoors. It feels like your belongings are safe. They have different types of spaces for your furniture and other items you need to store.
  
  RJ and the team were very helpful in selecting what I needed. They also packed and transferred everything to my unit (extra price) which made it all easier.

  I worked with The Box company last week and I can say they were great. Moving days are always stressful but the team, led by Vincent, made it very easy for us They came on time, packed everything in a fast and professional manner and unpacked in our new apartment within hours without even a scratch on any of the items. Despite the heavy rain that they, the team handled the process superbly without any delay. Also their energy was so positive, smiles all around, which made this otherwise would be a stressful day a nice and fun experience! I definitely recommend working with The Box if you are moving apartments! Excellent communication from day 1 till the end, very responsive and professional. Thank you for the great moving day!

  One of the best storage facility in Dubai overall. The place is maintained very neatly and the staff are helpful.
  Most important is you can never feel you're in a godown or something, the green colur gives very comfortable peace of mind.
  We can spend some time with games and coffee.

  I had a great experience moving out of a two bedroom apartment with The Box. I did a bit research beforehand as I cared about the storage conditions (this one’s super clean and secure) and was looking for a full solution from a single company. Special thanks go to Chestert and Jennifer who helped with the decision making and logistical arrangements. Their experienced team, lead by Azeem, carefully packed all my items in Abu Dhabi, including crating large artwork, and moved them to a storage unit at The Box’s JLT facility in Dubai.
