The whole experience with the Baby Boutique has been terrible. For one thing, even though the site explicitly stated that delivery time was 1-2 business days it took more than a week. However the worst part was that we contacted the shop several times and every single one of them they promised the item would arrive on a specific date and in the end it didn't. Extremely unreliable.
