Exceptionally poor customer service and rude. I ordered a gift (ticked on: Gift wrap) as it is a Eid gift and added a message for the receiver as well. Yet, none of the instructions were followed. When reached customer service the lady was exceptionally rude and answered back with no solution other then I should call again for a return.

Not recommended for online shopping. Ordered two mugs, besides being way too expensive given the quality of glass, the company didn't even wrap the mugs to protect them from breaking! One of the two arrived broken. Worse than this is that they didn't respond to emails. Would not use again.
