  There is a lot of improvement that needs to be done,whatever you ask from the reception,they have the simple answer,management will decide,we don’t know anything.I couldn’t find any information about the whereabouts.its a normal place,too pricey ,busy too,mid sized GYM,badminton court also doesn’t have enough space at the corners,making it difficult to play,Only Staff and dependents are allowed except visitors accompanied by the staff must pay before using any services,The tariffs for the services are not visible or available,it will be conveyed verbally only with a hand written receipt ,a expensive summer camp with a very short span but good for tbe younger kids,costly party hall.Paid services offered outside this recreation may be better and city has more economical facilities than the ones offered here,the facility doesn’t have the payment machines,they only accept cash which is inconvenient ,mostly it’s cashless everywhere and they don’t mention this before you arrive at the reception,so you can’t pay through your any of the cards,you must keep the cash with you incase you don’t have they don’t allow you to use the facility.Pool is huge and well maintained,swim teacher and lifeguard are doing very well,always alert and ready to dive in.

  Its a shame that its not for patient's or their escort's use.
  
  its strange that the accomodation for patients from out of town is right next to this centre but its not open to them.
  
  First when I saw it took my mother on her wheelchair to see if there is any gym. Which to my surprise they did not let us in and said its only for hospital staff. I was ready to pay for membership if they had something like that for patients, that way patients who are there for long treatments and are from out of town will not be drpressed and stay in bed all the spare time they spend out of the hospital and treatmrnt rooms.

  Recreation center for tawam staff and dependents.
  Registration cards are must .
  Has a pool, indoor sports hall, party hall, game centre, library, multy gym etc.
  Staffs are very friendly , polite.
  The gym is mixed and exclusive ladies time in fixed days.
  Recreation center facilities are free of charge for tawam staffs and dependents.
  There is a fee for booking party hall.

  If you are employed in Tawam - or you are sponsored by someone working there - this is a nice place to work up a sweat and get the fat tissue melting.
  
  They have a top notch gym, a very good swimming pool - manned by a not so friendly life-guard (he could loosen up by taking a vacation), a decent library filled with books donated by members and friends of the library, a shuttle badminton court and tons of books and magazines to read.
  
  It is a nice place for total time-pass
  
  It is a pity though that you cannot take your guests here! if that was possible - then your friend from Abu Dhabi and Dubai coming to vist you will envy your existence in Al Ain
