  If you are a visitor, you need to carry your Emirates ID to visit respective company, you need to tell the floor you would like to visit, you may get pass for the common gate to enter the lift. You need to park on other side of the building, there are paid parking for first two hours and rest are private parking for employees. AFAIK.
