The Spa is not so clean and the girl that did to me the relaxing massage hurried to finish it. It was very hasty. I bought a relaxing and did not relax at all. Price is ok.

Was transitting in Abu Dhabi with my wife for 3 days and decided to fo for a couples massage to this place. My wife called them and they said were running some sort of 2 for 1 promo which we could be obtained by downloading “the entertainer” app. Did not inform us that the app was to be purchased, after all said and done we ended up having to buy the app for us$25 in order to get our discount. A waste for us as we dont live in the UAE. When asked why we werent informed this, she said the staff can not ask callers if they are tourists or local residents??? Also we had booked a couples massage in the same room, on reaching the spa, after checking in and 20 mins in steam/sauna we were informed that we would have separate rooms. The masseuse were both super amazing but the manager/supervisors communication and general experience left a lot to be desired. On our way out once we were already dressed and paid she tells us that we can use one of the couples rooms to soak againfail customer service in my opinion. No compensation or anything offered. We said we were headed to dubai for a couple of days, least she could have offered was a discount at a soa in one of their properties there, instead she tells us that they are not linked to the Jumeirah properties in dubai, eventhough this one is a Jumeirah branded hotel. Management should take note, lots of training opportunities here. Critical thinking and empowerment lacking as well
