I have visited the salon a few times now for a few treatments, and I can say with confidence, the treatments I’ve received have been one of the best I’ve had. The staff are friendly and so welcoming. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, although not as modern as other salons, it’s got a nice feel to it. I wanted to get my hair coloured, and even though it is difficult to get ash on my hair, the ladies had no problems achieving the colour I asked for. I was very happy with the results, would definitely recommend it to others and already have!

I recently had a digi perm which I hate, it has ruined my hair and it is so frizzy and unmanageable!
I am so angry I want a refund or a treatment to get rid of the perm and straighten it out.
Worst experience ever!

I was so surprised by this place. I have to say it's the best massage place by far,I like how it looks inside. Staff is so friendly and helpfull and the tea and biscuits you get after the massage taste like heaven😍

Ly did the perfect highlights on my hair, she suggested the best colour that suits my skin tone and professionally carried out the coloring process with patience. Since my hair was previously coloured black, I was not very confident about the results but Ly did a very good job. My friend also shares the same opinion on the professionalism of the staff. Strongly recommend this place. Wonderful ambience, loved it. ❤️

One of worst salons I visited! Their idea of massage is just squeezing your limbs facial was nothing more than a wipe of creams across face and I did vaxing the lady literally burned my skin!! Thinking of complaining to authorities! Never will go here again!

Pity that the staff are really nice and hard working. The Thai Manager is always trying to trick you in paying more than you have to.
Before buying the voucher for facial cleaning, I called to ask what does it include. The receptionist explained that it includes steam and cleaning of the pores, as well as a mask.
I booked an appointment at 3 pm. on Saturday. I went and it turned out that there is another client on my place. The manager tried to convince me that my appointment was at 2 pm. Anyhow, I rebooked it for the next Saturday.
When the procedure started, there were nothing like steam or cleaning. I asked for the manager as the Thai beautician didn’t speak any English. The manager explained that I had to pay 230 AED for the cleaning and the receptionist misunderstood that I have a Groupon voucher, which is ridiculous as I specifically asked what the voucher includes.
On another occasion, I bought a voucher for a gelish mani & pedi. When I went for a 2nd time, the manager asked for 50 AED per hands/feet to remove the polish, even though I had done it in their salon.
There were other customers complaining from similar extra costs in my presence. I definitely don’t recommend this place.response / report this review -

I arrived on time for my 6:30 pm appointment (which was suggested by the salon) however after 30minutes of waiting , I still did not get to hear from the haidresser (no one was also manning the reception desk), or from another staff to explain the cause of the delay - so I left. I will never come back.
It’s upsetting when services choose and confirm your schedule, and you as a client fulfill your commitment to show up on time, and they fail to deliver and make you wait for a long time without even explaining or aplogizing as to the reason for the delay. It’s useless to have an appointment system when you cannot commit to it. Your customers have other appointments and errands too so I ask you to respect their time. Terrible experience, I would’ve rated this no star at all for the unprofessionalism.response / report this review -

Just had my deep tissue massage, they were gracious enough to accomodate walk ins. The neck and back pain I had for months now has been given remedy. Must try self indulgence. My birthday treat😉till next time.THank you😚

Every visit is a very relaxing experience. All the staff are very welcoming and the amibience is very soothing. The massages and all other treatments are worth trying and once you have experienced a treatment you will not want to go anywhere else but the wonderful Thailand Oasis Beauty Centre ☺
