Not sure if my order would be shipped. 4 days since my order and It is under "Processing" for the last 3 days while the order says it would be delivered in 2-3 days. No response for my emails. No response for Whatsapp messages. No call back for my calls. How people who reviewed earlier wrote fast reliable service and good communication, I wonder!!!!!!. My order on Amazon.ae (shipped from UK) for some items not available with these guys are already half way to the UAE.

The price is good so not giving 1 star.

Dewalt steel toe cap safety boot item DWF 50053-127. Model. PLANE, UK size 8. EU 42
Can anyone please tell me if this company exports to England and how much would the total cost be for 1 pair of the above stated safety boots, including shipping to England?
Sent 2 emails now, because I was told someone would be in touch? But nobody has? Even a UK size 9. EU 43 would do. At a push!
Doesn't do a reputation much good really

The staff were especially helpful when I ordered the wrong size product for my home improvement project. They helped me find the exact replacement and were always in contact with me with updates in my return and shipping. I would definitely recommend them, especially Sonali as your main contact.

Very poor customer service response. We had ordered a frame for our tube lights. First of all, it took a very long time to deliver in spite of being based in the country itself. After the item was delivered, we found that the size was wrong, so we wanted to exchange. We had messaged them on WhatsApp and had informed them of this. They took a very long time to respond. Finally, we got a response and were told to send a mail to customer service. We had written a mail to them and had waited for a reply. They did not reply! We had called them regarding this and they said that the exchange validity had passed the date. I doubt they even check their mails. I was told that they will check with the team and call back. Guess what? They never called back! Pathetic and very unprofessional service. You are better off buying the item in person than ordering online from them.

I had bought the bosch laser distance meter 50 Mtrs. The machine didn’t start at first but on changing batteries it worked. Don’t know if something is wrong with the machine but it works fine. Will get in touch if any issues.
