Buyers beware! We bought our garden furniture at Suncoast with a one-year warranty and after 4 months it began to fall apart. We called to have it replaced and eventually they came to pick up the furniture with a promise to refund however no word was heard back despite repeated attempts. Eventually after two months of endless calls and emails we were informed there would be no replacement as warranty is no longer valid? We ended up buying new garden furniture elsewhere which came at a premium but we are much happier with the outcome. Suncoast furniture may look decent at the store but it is junk quality that can't last in Dubai weather. When you couple this with dismal customer service it is not worh it. Shop for quality and you will avoid inevitable headaches
