  بالنسبة لفحص الكورونا، المكان مناسب والخدمة طيبة، و سيتم تكرار التعامل لأكثر من مرة لتأكيد التقييم، مع الملاحظة بوجود أكثر من تخصص طبي بالمركز، ندعوا الله بعدم الحاجة ولكنها ضرورة العلاج والتداوي. حفظكم الله.

  The first time I entered the clinic and was surprised by the employee in the reception, she has no style and needs to take courses to deal with patients!! I and how many patients left the place because of her style. When a patient asked her about the waiting time, she replied in an uncivilized manner and resented and said, “You gave me a space to register your names, and if you gave me a chance to enter your cards, they could call you after a quarter of an hour in a sarcastic way!” By God, this is a method, and unfortunately, the patient did not respond and took his card and came out, and I did not apologize or anything. I took my card and came out because I knew that I would be longer!! This clinic is the biggest and it is impossible to recommend it to any of my family or friends! This is the first time I encounter a problem like this! Every receptionist must be tactful and have a way of speaking and dealing. We are entering a clinic for treatment. We do not enter a special place for them to treat patients in an unpleasant and uncivilized treatment. If there was less than this evaluation, I would have chosen it and I hope the clinic administration would see the cameras and see The style of their staff with patients and review everything and them! You see the reputation of the clinic starts from the reception and the staff in it, and the patients are not missing anyone who treats them with imperfect treatment, who is enough for them!!!! Unfortunately, I saw that there was the same problem in the review, and the administration did not contact them for this complaint, but they thank those who praise them! I hope my complaint is taken into consideration and action!

  It was my first time to come here, their reception staff were very accommodating even on the phone when i was inquiring, nurses were kind and the doctor was also very helpful. Glad to have a good medical centre near my place.
