I should say the service is excellent, the moving was very fast, papers in order and any request made, was delivered in the time located. This is very important and essential to rely on a good Landlord/Company. I hope this will be continued

just make sure, you are not getting back your security fee, as they just bill for maintenance like, most expensive triple charges fee, try going direct with owner can save upto 5k AED.
