Great chic venue with many bar and food options. Went for the Secret Terrace and ended up in the Swim and Tonic area on ladies night as Secret Garden closed off. Food mediocre unfortunately and service not up to Dubai standards. Views and venue good location I'm sure will improve over time

The hotel is very nice . Elegant and the service really nice..... many restaurants are there serving very nice food ........ and ooooh for the backyard you have to go there when there is a party for you guys who like house music. ........

The rooms are quite big and the hotel staff is well trained. Better suitable for business than pleasure. It has a marvelous view and a really well decorated bathrooms. The pool is big and smoking is available on the pool side. The only problem I encountered is the location of the hotel, getting to the front of the hotel by car is near impossible. If available take a cab.

The staff make this hotel great, they are truly wonderful and attentive. The breakfast is lovely and the rooms are very well put together. I was shocked that there was a Bluetooth speaker system in the room which I connected my phone to and had great music on hand (it's the small things which make life).
The pool is small but okay I guess considering you have a great beach at Jumeirah.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Staff is accomadating and easy to communicate with. The only issue is getting to the front of the hotel by car can have some challenges if you haven't done it before.

Stylish, modern rooms with a great view in a fantastic location. A lot quieter than the other larger hotels in Dubai but with a good enough location for you to travel around to the key sights fairly easily.
Breakfast buffet was good and pool are was nice but could do with more cabanas placed around the pool area.

Cigarette smoking allowed all day by the pool- around children & non smokers.
Maids never came to clean the room today. I had to call to remind them.
The pool closes at 7pm. This is way to early for a city like Dubai. They don't even allow you to sit in the small pool/jacuzzi a second past 7pm.
Same day dry cleaning never comes- you have to call to remind them. Happened twice.
Bizarre hotel- things are not run well. Looks nice but not a pleasant stay. Definitely not treated like luxury & very poor customer service compared to other Dubai hotels I have stayed.

Dear manager's We are highly dissatisfied with hospitality we received while a group of 6 with one stag was crudely asked for entrance fees. Which is understandable and we would always abid by the policy BUT the manner of female staff at the entrance of backyard demanding is just not acceptable. We expect a basic hospitality approach..

Went here for Nye. Charged 800 AED for what the said would be amazing food. It was basic food served except pad Thai.. Which they served in one plate but provided no plates to serve yourself or forks to eat from.
Food & service was a massive disappointment for many other guests I spoke with.
Service was before average. Venue was great. View was perfect.

The food at Brothaus is nice. But the service is slow. Staff have a pleasant attitude. And the flies that bug you when seated outside is annoying.

5 Star Services , I've been here more than three day. I like the location , the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience with clean rooms, great services . Would definitely recommended this hotel for family and business.

Check-in was disappointing. We booked online for a room with a king size bed a month before arrival. When we checked-in they tried to give us a room with two beds which is unacceptable for a married couple. We requested for transportation from front desk staff and every time it was unsatisfactory. Prices for drinks at the bar were ridiculous. The music at the clubs were so loud it was hard to sleep at night. The drunk people on the elevators was not a nice thing to run into on our way to the room. The staff were rude at times even giving mean stare downs while we enter the hotel lobby. I would never recommend this hotel ever.

Been to the backyard and brothaus, bith places are nice. Brothaus has great draught beer and amazing bakes. The view from bakyard is great and they have some good cocktails.

Nice hotel. Doesn't look great from the outside but it's beautiful from the inside. The F&B outlets here are great with good prices and good atmosphere. Definitely a must visit!

Very nice hotel. Good service. Friendly team. Room service are quick. Smoking rooms don't smell bad like other hotels. The food is good. The swimming pool is small but open till 10pm :)

Nice place. Great design. Buffet is more of a nice showoff display rather than food quality. Buffet selection are really cheap though very well displayed which gives nice atmosphere if you don't care about variety and quality.

Absolutely a great hotel was there on a business trip and it has an amazing pool with the view for the Dubai sky line add to it the Burj khalifa, the waiters were kind enough to serve me alcohol in the pool, the rooms were awesome and the front desk accommodated me during my time of checkin with a smoking room with out no hassles, the breakfast spread is huge and tasty and it has a really good spa and sauna!

Nice hotel, although as I learned (first visit to Dubai) it's not well located. Rooms were quite big and I even had a room looking towards the Burj Khalifa. Staff was helpful and restaurant surprisingly low key (simple bar food).

Its a medium size business hotels situated beside lake. With Modern interiors, friendly staff it's a good place for small conferences. Location is quite and very pleasant.

In short, the hotel is modern and clean, but if you sleep early around 11pm, I think this hotel is NOT appropriate for you because of the load music they play in their bar at the pool area. I really feel like it's right next to me although my room is in the 13th floor. I really can't sleep well in this hotel. The room's window doesn't prevent the noise from outside.
