  Please improve the customer service . After your 1245AM show the main door of the mall was closed and we had to walk back the entire way to elevators and noticed that the elevators were also switched off. When checked with the security who was there in 1st floor he was really rude and unproffesional and was behaving to us like we have done a big mistake by booking a 1245AM show. He didnt even show a basic courtsey to guide us to the exit . It was really a bad experience.

  IT'S NOT STAR CINEPLEX, it's grand cinemas in the century mall,Fujairah.also, there are no timings online which makes it very difficult to make plans
