This company won't do their work properly and doesn't have trained technicians to find out the fault and to rectify the same. They simply clean, change capacitor every time and problem never gets solved. You are employing this company at your own risk. Total waste of money.

Total rip-off. They overcharge you and don't even fix the problem plus very rude attitude. Save your money and find a professional company, they just charge you without fixing anything. I paid 550 AED to change the thermostat because they said that's the problem and surprise, the thermostat is not working. Very unprofessional and rude, wish i could give them 0 stars.

I was dealing with Rajni. Very responsive and efficient. Not charging until they come, she claimed. Fixed:
1. Tightened faucet
2. Changed rubber for under the sink
3. Rubbed off clogs on drain surface
AED250. Felt pushed to be charged as I was in a rush. Called Rajni again. She explained a base charge of AED 150 for driver to drive all the way here. The best part, she dismissed whatever I said, and politely said: Thank you, bye.
It's against myself because I agreed first. Was in a rush.

Warning this the worst AC cleaning company in Dubai
They come and try to fix a simple leak charged 200aed and they said it will be okay after a day it started to leak again they said I need to pay another 300aed to fix the same problem that they couldn't fix in the first place.
If you want to waste your money this is the right company for you. They ask more and more money.response / report this review -
