  It has been 10 days now since I ordered and I haven't received it yet. No one is either responding on email nor answering the calls. Very poor service. I do not recommend buying from this store.

  I could read on the reviews, the same issue faced by many people.
  We too placed the order using GN coupon on 30th September, money is deducted from account but the order is not delivered. Tried all numbers to reach them, no answer on calls or WhatsApp messages. Never before I faced this issue. How to get through this?

  I have placed order on 2nd September by using gulfnews voucher. Till today I didnt get delivery of plants. There is no response for call. I sent whatsapp msg and they said they will deliver it on last Saturday and till today no answer. I even complained to gulfnews but no reply from them also. How gulfnews can collaborate from such a worst vendor?

  I have placed the order for plants on 30th sep. Money was deducted from account.But I haven't got any confirmation message or delivery details still. I am calling the landline number provided since then, nobody is picking up

  Delivery was very quick. Like literally the following day after I placed the order. Most of the plants looked healthy and the delivery packaging is great they placed them in a box at my doorstep. One plant (the pink head) I got though seemed withering.
