if you are doing e-commerce, avoid these scammers. They do not understand the business specifications and would recommend non-sense. We just lost our money dealing with them, we have switched to a different provider and things have been much better since then.

I registered my company Trademark with Spider. One of their consultants Annie was really helpful. She suggested which class of goods I should register in. This really helped me save time and costs. Annie was also really good with following up before each deadline arrived for the registration process. Highly recommend their consultants!

These people only care for money everyting just give money we will do we will do. I meet one IT guy in business center he tell me many things and after me and my partner pay money then this IT guy disappear and ignoring our calls. then headache for me But is my fault becoz my friend tell me first dont trust this people becoz they take money and dont do the work. For my friend they destroy his business he want to register trademark and this people not do the job after take money. He wait and wait one year and more but no one care. And receptionist lady also not profesional. very rude I want to give black star for this company
