Great place. Attentive staff. I explained what I needed but didn't have the right word for it and the guy helped me find exactly what I needed. Some places like this make non trade people feel a bit out of place but these guys are great. Loads of well thought out categories and the prices are typically very competitive if not the best prices including when you compare to online.

A good & fast shopping for hardware & tools.. costs are reasonable.they work even on Fridays. here u can go & select the hardware product which I need. Good location of shop.. with good display of tools.. offers are available on tools some times.

I have unexpectedly visited the store. Wide range of electrical and hand tools for surprisingly good rates. The quality of tools are very good. Definitely i have to go there with all my wishlist. Loved the store. The staff are also very friendly. Parking is available. Typicaly there is no crowd here. Good for purchasing all household, hobby DIY and industrial tools.

A hardware shop in DIP which has almost everything you might be looking for. They even have some gardening and fishing stuff.
It's only flaw is customer service you have to find your own way and you would be very lucky if a staff stops by to help.response / report this review -

Very good hardware store, where you can find pretty much everything you need for your house maintenance! Pretty easy to find, they have got a big selection of everything. Parking is always available, never a problem. Very convenient to reach from the road 311.

Nice alternative to the builder's merchants of Al Quoz (although they do have a branch in Al Quoz too), or trying to find anything in Dragon Mart [in one store]. The prices are higher than those, but they do take credit cards and still cheaper than Ace from my observation. I have found most of the things I've needed for smaller home DIY projects here. Good returns policy of 30 days, which is respectable in this region. Overall positive so far and I would recommend. Lose a star for stock levels not being consistent, website issues and their computer system seems to let them down (not smooth checkout).

A reasonable range of products, but never seem to have anything I need in stock - and have never been able to order something for me that's out of stock, just a "sorry Sir, we don't have that".
