I dont know what i should call it because its a smallest mall having medium sized supermarketquite expensive sometimes disappointing due to non availability of basic stuff and a smallest food court. But what i like, its very well maintained neat comfortable family place.

This strip mall is settled in Bateen. I enjoy it specifically because it has Spinnys. There are also all of the normal places that you'd find in an Emirati shopping mall. Pharmacies, restaurants, and other special interest shops are featured within.

The Soaq Extra has a Spinneys supermarket that sells expats foods aswell as local foods. Food courts from around the world. traditional shops. Children entertainment. Nice coffee shops. Shaded parking

Great for Spinney's supermarket, pharmacy, and La Brioche. Several other fast food outlets too. Is relatively quiet too which is nice.

Not a fancy mall to go to, but it gets your daily errands to the supermarket done. There is La Brioche, phone stores, perfume stores, Pharmacy, Cookies and cupcakes stores, ice cream, Spinney's Supermarket, a variety of fast food restaurants, flower shop, and a playing zone for the kids upstairs. Beside it, there's STARBUCKS- YAY!.

We like this place for certain groceries at spinneys. They also have a drive through mc Donald's that does breakfasts.

Quiet wee mall, the supermarket is a bit expensive but the customer service at all shops was great. The perfume shop in here has some of the best pricing in town, certainly cheaper than the shops in the big malls
