WORST Company EVER !! , they are fraud, I asked for a simple paint job and they came on time and everything went smooth , after their workers finished and the paint dried , I discovered that the wall still had the same defects , I called them and they came after 2 hours to try to fix it by they even had made it worth, I called there manager and sent him the photos of the wall (also I sent an email with the incidence) who at the beginning was considerate and told me that they will send them again the next day to fix it , I waited for them and they never showed up , I kept calling them with no answer at all , till I managed to reach one of their team members who told me we will come next day early morning !!! Also I waited and no one showed up , I kept calling on every number for them they never answer (intentionally of course!!) there slogan on the website is 100% customer satisfaction while they don't even respect their customers
I don't recommend dealing with them (they take your money and disappear, check the reviews on Facebook)
N.B: I asked for an invoice , they didn't send and also went to their office in Al-Qouz the surprise is they have no office there !!!!

Excellent communication, reasonable pricing, and great quality work! All communication by email, they provided a quote!
The workmanship is top notch. Two coats, sharp lines, they even called a few times to double check how I wanted certain walls done. Everything was cleaned up before they left and a little surprise which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I have used a few different cleaning services but this was BY FAR the best! They showed up early, did a thorough job and were pleasant and friendly! They took my trash with them, an added bonus, and didn't rearrange my entire house like some cleaners do. Their prices are also better than any I've seen, and they send more people. I will definitely be using them again.

Smart Touch is a dodgy company, don't use them, they 1/2 cleaned my apartment said they would come back the next day to finish cleaning, polish floor etc etc and now they don't answer any of their phones and have my cheque also !

Worst ever service provider. Irresponsible staff, no invoice or receipt. Pathetic service. Booked them to do the carpet cleaning and shampooing. After they left, the rugs were left to dry. And we patted the rugs, there were still lots of dust, particles that could've easily been removed through a powerful dry vaccum. However, when complaint was reported, the supervisor and staff went into a ignore mode and refused to answer my calls. They promised to come each time, but then would vanish.Never would recommend this level of poor service!

I booked the company to deep clean a villa I am moving into with my family, we had done some construction work in the villa and needed to be sure that the house would be clean and dust free before moving, especially as we have a young baby. The team arrived in the morning without a supervisor, with minimal Cleaning supplies and tools, stayed till 5pm and did absolutely no work. We have now had to delay our move and pay extra charges to different suppliers due to the lack of competence of this company. We were assured the utmost most professional and best service, but instead the house was a disaster. There was even urine stains on one of the toilet seats from one of the workers.

These guys simply don't want business. I've called them on two occasions and tried to book their services. Their owner or sales person agreed to send a cleaning team, but they simply didn't show up. When I tried to call and find out where they were, they just ignored all my calls. After a month or two I tried to book them again and once again they didn't show or answer my calls. So to all potential clients - don't bother.

Tried Smart Touch service once to clean the plaster sticky marks on window frames. I tried a normal cleaning service, but no luck and they said chemical cleaning is needed, still not sure if the the chemicals will damage the window frame painting. However I tried Smart Touch cleaning service and they did good work.
I clearly explained the problem with pics and they confidently confirmed that they can resolve this surely.
Price wise, bit higher side but that was urgent need at that time. Overall experience was good at least in this case.response / report this review
