  The company organised a trasfer for us from Ajman hotel till Dubai International Airport. Normally the driving time to the airport is 30-40 min. The company instructed us to leave the hotel at 4.30 AM although the flight time was at 10 AM, i.e. 5.5 hours before the flight, their explanation was they had to pick up extra 2 guests after us. They refused to change anything or refund our transfer money and told us we should contact our travel agent.

  Skymax is a provider of jt tourism and other tour operators.
  From the hotel area as well as the food, service and the rooms we were all positively surprised.
  However the jt at a night flight on the following day 2.30 o'clock the room only until 12 o'clock noon (say 14 hours before) ready is not understandable for us.
  Without warning we would be thrown out of the room at 18 o'clock and should pay for each of the booked rooms still 30euro.
  The local contact is also no longer available, Werder whatsapp still by phone. Successful holiday yet jt and skymax under all sow. Definitely not recommendable from my point of view.

  We have just experience a very bad service from skymax holidays. Our agent Travelbird is bankrupted and skymax gives no service at all. They only want money from tourists ,who already payed the whole holdiday ,
  In their homeland . When you don’t pay they canceld everything like hotel, transfers , excursions . There is an garantie that everything wil be payed by SGR , but Skymax don’t want to listen .
  We will never recommend Skymax to anybody.

  Many thanks for your services whilst I was in Dubai, the Taxi transfers were arranged and carried out very efficiently by your staff.
  May I, in particular, compliment the driver who transfered me from my ship (The Orchestra) to Dubai Airport at 1100 am on Saturday 14 February for his very pleasant ,efficient and amusing journey. It turned out to be one of the more enjoyable periods of my holiday, brief though it was! Best Wishes to him, and your Firm in the future.
