Once you arrive, staff tag and collect your luggage for you. This is the point where you leave your vehicle behind and once you enter the terminal, they provide free refreshments for you before you jump onto the ferry series

The service to YAS its good, and the premises of the hotel are great.
The cooperative that handle the boats and the transport its instead poor.
Boats are old and dirty, probably have never been cleaned since the entrance in service. Dirty chairs, dirty floor and windows covered of salt that do not allow you to see the beauty outside.
