  Myself and my husband went at 4pm today (Friday). Ivy was the only staff member there, and she was very polite, knowledgeable and apologetic because the buildings' AC was broken so we all 3 walked around, sweating buckets, BUT she kept her "cool", stayed professional and treated us so well. We even got water to help us cool down a bit. Thank you Ivy for making our shopping experience a pleasant and memorable one. Best regards Theo and Anna Buys from Ras Al Khaimah

  Do not order from this company! I ordered a memory foam pillow with a cooling gel core and paid 224 AED for it because it looked to be very high quality on the website and it's really hard to find affordable good quality bedding in the UAE and, oh my gosh, I was completely ripped off!! The product arrived in terrible condition, like they just shoved an old lumpy pillow into a delivery bag and sealed it then had it delivered to me. It came without any protective pillow case or see-through plastic bag case. It was just a bare lumpy pillow! It also felt so dusty and dirty, I am still feeling itchy as I write this review. I am going to try to return it and get my money back. What a disaster. This is definitely not the real quality of the original UK based "Silent Night" brand. These pillows are made in the UAE using cheap quality fabrics and materials. *Update: Thankfully, I was able to get a refund but I will not order from this company again.

  I bought mattresses and other things from Mina Abu dhabi branch .
  They have a variety of options with high quality, and the employee thier called Carlo was so helpful and knowledgeable of thier products.
  Recommended to buy from it.
