  Friendly and very cooperative staff, excellent cars, very good services.
  Totally recommend for short term or long term rentals.

  Nice car renting service. Staff is cooperative. I used Nissan Sunny at a very good rate for more than 5 months. It was a nice experience. Recommended.

  Each time I rent from Shift, I have no complaints about their cars. If a car has just been returned Mrs. Ester will make sure it's clean before releasing it to me. Two convient drop off points makes it a win-win for me. Thanks

  Very poor customer service, charged our credit card without permission for someone else’s fines. Took over 3 months of me having to contact them. When they agreed to refund they told me I had to come to them to collect the money. When I said I will cancel rental they told me to go ahead and cancel. Very bad!

  Am facing one of the poorest customer service ever. They overcharged my credit card and never respond when it comes to refund. It’s been more than 2
  months, and all they have to tell is that they are not getting response from their finance team. I would never suggest shift car rental.

  All car's are new , neat and clean , affordable price , fully helpful staff. 750 AED block from your credit card as security deposit. Credit back with in 21 days, if there is no traffic fines, vehicle damages etc..

  even 1 star they dont deserve . the worst car rental company in all UAE. they kept deducting money from my credit months after i returned the car , without my permission and for money they already took. be careful they will charge you hidden fees.

  They have varities of cars available for renting. The cars are very good in condition. Most of them are new. The rates are reasonable and cheap, compared to other rental cars.
