Great architecture and good lace of worship. Beautifully designed this place of worship is amongst the grandest structure in Abu Dhabi the grand mosque is a classic mosque, with amazing and intricate work inside the mosque. Are you name the Grand Mosque the mosque allows non-Muslims to enter the premise, which is otherwise denied for non-Muslims.
The architecture is absolutely amazing and in the evening when it is lit, it looks much grander.

Exceptional site of both architectural and spiritual beauty, definitely Nr. 1 on must-see list for Abu Dhabi. Agree with other reviewers that the best time to visit is before Maghrib (sunset) prayer, so as allowing to appreciate it both in the daylight and in the night illumination. Excellently organized visiting process: ample and free parking, free-of-charge access, quick but thorough security screening process, convenient option to get at the entry (again free of charge) thobe for men with shorts or abaya for ladies without full cover. On the mosque's grounds there is also a nice coffee shop with both savory and sweet food options (nice place to hang around while waiting for that sunset to arrive), souvenir shop as well as visitors' toilets.

السلام عليكم .. حضرنا من السعودية ووصلنا مسجد الشيخ زايد الساعه 8صباحا ولم يدخلونا المسجد لسبب ان بداية الزياره الساعه 9 نتمنى من الإدارة النظر في اوقات الدوام خاصه للزوار الخارج.

Magnifique mosquée à voir absolument. Tenue correcte exigée. Éviter les shorts, pantalon troué et prévoir un fouloir pour couvrir la tête de Madame. Sinon, ils vous fourniront le nécessaire.
