Shawarma chicken plate is extremely poor. Bread with dry, over-cooked chicken only. no sauce no pickles nothing inside bread except chicken. Garlic sauce on the side is extremely garlicky, cannot be eaten. Chicken spices are poor as well. Service is very slow and the whole place is under average.

No parking but they can deliver to your car. Not much sauce in the sandwhich. Well cooked but there are many other shawarma outlets better than this.

My most recent experience had me visiting this joint yet again, just to try the other dishes. As I was already a bit full, I ordered Twisted Fries for take-away. Coincidentally, the manager was on duty that evening (a very sweet lady from Lebanon) and when she found out who I am, she decided to make the fries on the house, along with the chocolate spring rolls she had promised in response to my review! I kept insisting, but she was way too sweet to listen! She apologized for the excessive oil in the Spring Rolls the last time I visited (she didn't have to!) and ensured our new order was well taken care of - excellent customer service I must say!

Coming to the food, the fries were fresh and crispy (I was informed it comes from Holland) and I was quite sad it got over so soon! The Chocolate Spring Rolls were a class apart - very unique and oh-so-delicious! I think it had a Kinder chocolate filling, but whatever it was, it left me craving for more!

Last visit review:

In the mood for Lebanese, we decided to check this place out as we were in the area anyways. Found an interesting choice of Shawarmas, and made up our mind that we have to try something new today. And boy, was our decision proved right!? The Mini Markouk was an amazing bite-sized meal, and the French Fries were thick and delicious! Tried the Chicken Shawarma Spring Rolls as well, which were sadly dripping with oil (literally!), but were yummy nevertheless!

It's a self-service system, and our order took 15 minutes to be completed, maybe 'coz it was packed during lunch time. The staff were hospitable and the ambience was pretty cool as well. This place is a rare gem in this area!
