Today morning around 05.30 am.(coming back from my own duty as usually ). I was driving my car on speed 130 km in sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed road and suddenly radar make flash during I'm driving on speed 130 km only. ..How ??? I know if more than 139 ok radar capture me for seepd. But 130 km. .How ???? Please I need someone administrator answer methat's means I got fin for speed 130 km only ''' Thanks . waiting for replying ?????

My name is Jay Menon and today morning on my way to work from Ajman to Dubai, my car brakes failed on the Emirates road just a few meters from the Sharjah Scout Center and as I was on the 1st speed track and due to the heavy and fast moving traffic, I had to park inside the yellow line besides the 1st speed track. I was greatly worried that some car could accidently hit me from the rear. Just then much to my relief a Sharjah Police patrol car stopped on the right side of the road and gestured to me if my car was broke down. Then he took the trouble to get across the road and safely park the car behind my car. Then he called one of his colleagues who promptly arrived in another police car and blocked of the 1st speed track. The gentleman police man in the first car then gestured to the fast moving traffic to slowdown and I managed to slowly move my car using the hand brake safely to the extreme right side off the main road. I truly believe that the 2 gentleman policemen were God sent and I greatly appreciate and thank them for their presence of mind, kindness and saving me from a very serious situation. May God bless them and protect them for what they have done.
