Sharjah National Park, opp Sharjah Airport is a nice place to visit with your friends and family and colleagues. Children friendly place. Beautiful park. Well organised place. Family crowd. Plenty of parking. You can spend all evening. A must visit during weekends with your family and friends. Highly recommended.

Good family park on Sharjah Airport road, a little beyond the airport. Weekends are crowded so if you don't reach early, parking can be a bit of a hassle as you may get a slot far away from the gate. They have a entrance fee of two dirhams per Person. Not sure if kids are exempt as we didn't have kids in our group.
There are quite a few barbecue stands and they are in much demand. So reach early if you plan to BBQ. Football and cricket etc are not allowed so leave them in the car. Badminton is allowed.
There's a play area for kids.
Only bachelors are not allowed, you need to tag along with a family.
Visit the place before the summer kicks in..

A great place for kids, one of the most visited place of my childhood. Its a great place, you can do bbq, they have kids play area, it's great spot for family picnic. Parking is never an issue and public toilets are also available. People usually spend whole day here; just don't forget to bring all your stuff to have a great picnic. There is also a football ground which has to be booked beforehand. All in all its a national park.

It’s one of the largest park in Sharjah. It’s very clean and you can find more greenery everywhere. Lots of flowers and trees gives a wonderful atmosphere. Lot of children play area and it’s maintained very well. You can also take homely foods inside the park and can have those foods in designated area. Should keep the area clean and tidy. Should not throw the food materials here and there. Show discard it on the thrash bins provided every nooks and corner

Good place for family outing. You can plan a lunch to dinner at this place. BBQ allowed inside. You can take foods too inside. Take coffee making and mobile stove inside enjoy. Good time to visit from Nov to Feb. Good place for get together.

Delightful place to go on family picnic, lots of slides , swings n see saws along with a train ride only for dhs 3. Designated bbq areas. Bring your badminton rackets and enjoy playing it .

The most charming things about this park are its chipmunks, its ducks and its old-fashioned rides. It's a large park (for Sharjah), and very popular on the weekends. But if you arrive early (or come on a weekday), then you can snag a BBQ spot and have a lovely time cooking in the shade of the neem and acacia trees.

Its a nice park, on AlDhaid road after airport. Park is nice and good to have picninc. You can go there for Bar b q and kids can enjoy playing in the park. At the entrance of the gate you also find praying area. But weather is very important when you are going to park in summer its quite hot and in winter it could be cold out there.

Sharjah National Park is the largest in Sharjah, covering 630,000 m2
This is the best places for playing, gets together, Picnics and main is barbecue. It has many small play areas like big size jungle gym with slides, rope ladders and all. Moreover, the park also provides for prayer rooms for females as well as mosque within the park area. Using simple tires they have created such a joy. There are many barbecues stands kept of Thursday night specially. The whole family can have fun in here. Group sports like basketball, football and so on can be played here

Sharjah National Park can be found on the same road as Sharjah International Airport, If you’re driving from Dubai direction your best bet for easy access is the 311 or the 611, 611 if you want zero traffic. There are a few reasons why you might chose this park over say

Very good place for children to play around. Good quality play equipment, peaceful environment. Bit noisy from the engine of the airplanes, but it's not a big deal.

Very old and prominent park of sharjah. It is national park of sharjah. The sized was made small as compared to the size it had when i was a kid. But even with the downsizing the park is big and kept clean. BBQ is allowed here which is a plus point for families who come in big numbers.

One of the biggest & best park in Sharjah. there is a train ride. your kids will sure enjoy it but it is not operated in Fridays. also there is a dedicated BBQ area

Hills, BBQ Places, Cycling Paths and Rides, Swings, Play Houses everything is fine.

Only Toilet and less space at the Mosque is a problem. Long Lines and only 2 washrooms with a very small mosque. Lines for WC are very long and people are praying even in the Grass for there is no space in the Mosque.

Overall best place for kids, children and adults. Cycles Allowed, Overnight Stay/Camping allowed with prior permission.

Only 1 gate so congested place and parking is so big that travelling from one end to the gate is a tiring job for kids. Fees for enterance 2 dhs for above 4. Canteen crowded but fast service. Paid rides also available and also cycles for rent.
