Called their customer care and asked about the availability of HP Envy x360 model. And the customer care executive's replay was awesome "okay sir. H for hotel P for pappa E for elephant N for nougat V for van and Y for yellow"
At Least teach your executives some of the brands that you are dealing with.

Despite advertising best price policy:
Your customers should be aware that sharaf dg does not match prices of electronics availible in other retail outlets.
I just steered a friend to purchase an ipad to sharaf as i have shopped sharaf dg for years.
Prices have been competitive and if a cheaper price has been found sharaf has always matched it.
I was very surprised when i found an ipad 100dhs cheaper at Emax and your staff refused to honor the price.
The department managers explanation was matching prices was not in their policy.
Not only did your store lose 1 new customer they have seriously dissapointed a very long standing customer.

One of the worst experience I’ve had in dubai. Bought a product and still waiting for delivery. It’s been 2 days after the day they promised delivery. I’m still waiting. Poor response from call centre people as well. Irresponsible to the core. Not what I expected from a big chain like sharaf DG.

one of the worst customer service ever. unprofessional chaos, and irresponsible. it started with a device i gave back for repair as i purchased a 2 years warranty. they spent almost half an hour roaming around each other and they couldn't find the extended warranty and later one of them mentioned that they have an issue with extended warranty system, eventually they took the device i kept on following up with the same answer not yet received finally after 3 weeks i got a call your device is ready come and collect from Dubai Mall store. when i went there it was chaos again and they told me there is a repair cost and it was rejected although no body called or informed me it ends up with them blaming the supplier and literally the guy over there called the supplier and start complaining about it and they he said sorry that will be all.

Sharaf DG customers consistently suffer at the hands of this store. The selection of primary products is quite good, and the opportunity to redeem Air Miles for store purchases is an attraction. Aside from that, customer service is abhorrent to non-existent, with enough long waits and inefficient processes to stymie even the most patient customer. Beware of Byzantine return policies. If you are purchasing a laptop, insist on in-store setup, so that you do not end up waiting for weeks without either your money or a working computer.

Extremely bad customer service. Bought a laptop from sharaf dg on January and it went to completely blank. So went there to ask them to fix it. Very little interest from customer service in helping, given I told them I was travelling the next day and needed the laptop. They were almost indifferent. The 'specialist in dell computers' was on holidays so I had to wait several hours for someone to try and figure out what to do. In the evening they called to say they need to send it to a specialist center (very slow repair service), didn't offer a temporary remplacement computer, and more than 10 days later, or haven't yet heard any update about the laptop. No email or other communication with me to confirm it was sent for repair, or to update on progress. Where I call the phone line, it is always busy so no way of getting to them. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend buying from them high value items.

Dissapointed in this store.

Very small, congested. I came looking for for a television. Everything looked bad because the viewing distance was just too less. A television I liked in another store looked very bad here.

Dissapointed.

I'm a frequent customer at Deira City Centre. This one, yesterday was my last visit to this particular store for sure!

They don't care if you are a tourist or local stayed.. the same treat you will have, they didn't replace a defective product and I should leave it and pick it up next UAE visit !!!!!

Bought an xbox one the very next day o went to upgrade to ps4 but they never helped me. Their policy states within 7 days i can refund or exchange the product . But they were giving all sort of excuses the sales representative said yes they can also the call centre executive but the department head was a stubborn . . very bad and i will never ever recommend sharaf dg .

Sharaf DG made a recent fraud. I took LG G3 from them 3 months back as they said it has discount on this. They had this product long time in their old stock MODEL-LG-D858HK which is illegal to sale in UAE market . I got this confirmation from LG helpline center . The mobile has many problems and it cannot be upgraded to marshmallow and not even jelly bean ! TOO BAD!

I am writing this review live from the store, been waiting for 20min now for a sales person to view Bose 301 bookshelf speakers but without luck. Each passing sales guy tells me someone will help you soon but no one turns up. This is pathetic customer care even before the sale so imagine what will happen once they have your money. My advise look and try what u want to buy here and then but from some other good store.Actual buyers stay away..

Update: Even after one hour no one turns up so left the store after making a phone complaint to their customer careWill update if their customer care is any good later

The shop provides excellent service and after care. They offer best deals in town. Definitely I will buy again from the shop. Very caring employees and I am very happy with phone and deal. Price was fair and comparable to the other places in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
