Many times I go shopping or for maintenance and I encounter wrong attitudes during the process I leave my items on the desk and go out in a hurry.. The store is full of bullies.. More bullies than customers.. They do nothing but mocking your wrong choices and showing off their ego.. Owners of the business did not save any money for investment.. They bought big stores Diversity of items.. And multitude of wrong attitudes to suit every body.. Good luck

Refurbished devices.This store sells refurbished devices without telling the customer the truth about it which is considered fraud and shame on them. Bought an HP lap top last year and it does have lots of technical issues and start up problems. I don't recommend buying any thing from there

worst company ever, I have purchased online from them where they offered a discount for online shoppers but the final price was not discounted, i had to write to them to get my discount. then i purchased water dispenser but water pressure was bad , when i asked them to come and check they asked me to bring it myself , i told them i can't they said you have to bring here, till now the problem not solved even it is under warranty , i don't recommend them to any one .

One of the biggest Electronics Mall in Dubai. They have an impressive tag line "If we don't have it. You get it for free". It says all of it about this brand name in dubai.

The staff is cooperative, polite and helping. Must visit outlet when in Dubai.

I had bought Mac , home appliances , samsung tablet s3 latest one and much more, when I bought tablet s3 I got it in offer 2499 with 300 voucher and one havit speaker hvsp570 I was asked to visit after two days to get speaker as they are running out of stock I visited them thrice but no one assist me properly. they have been cheating with customers as I was there and I found many of them was fighting for their rights. worst services

Had bought my iPhones 5s, 6s, 7 from them. Till then the sales guys showed up a good attitude. Recently went here to purchase a Nokia 105 or a similar model and the sales guys were not even interested. It was a “Go and find yourself” attitude. Disgusting !
Wouldn’t recommend buying anything here anymore. Teach your staff to treat all your customers the same way. Be it an expensive or less expensive business

Some of the sales team are ill mannered, impatient and aggressive. I am surprised they even managed to pass their training. Some of the ladies are more interested in their makeup and guys are busy flirting with co-workers. What do these people get paid for?
