  Bad customer service I Bought damaged lenovo laptop under warranty sent it for 15 days then they did not fix anything.using my 7 years old laptop till now
  
  Update:
  After sending the laptop for 3 times they replaced the hard-drive
  But now am getting errors and crash in the memory.
  
  What kind of devices you sell sharaf dj
  Do i have to keep getting errors and crashs in my device.

  Don’t buy things from sharaf dg customers service behavior is very bad I bought iPhone X 256 Gb by 5200dh later the phone fell down on the ground from my daughter and display stop working I went to customer service after a week they reply by sms to collect the phone when I went for collection they told me that I open the mobile in unauthorized place this reason warranty is expire now. I told them that I didn’t went anywhere but they don’t believe and even they are not listening properly what I’m saying they gave me wrong report the hard copy is still with me of that report .but when I went to Apple store in Mall of the Emirates and they check the device they confirmed that phone is not open by any unauthorized person and they replace my phone without paying any amount with new device.

  Pathetic staff. Never came across an electronics store that boasts of variety, yet has very minimal inventory. Place is full of false promises and deceptive marketing.
