  I love Shakespeare and Co, but the branch in Dubai Mall has very bad service. I would think twice before I go there next time.

  Food is great. We ordered smoked salmon and lasagna. The only drawback is the location. It's in the middle of the mall and it's kinda awkward seeing people passing by and looking at you. *Triggers my anxiety*

  Perfect place to have great breakfast and dessert. Restaurant with great ambience. They serve tasty lasagna and drinks. Must try

  This place is honestly overrated and overpriced. Don't get why it is so popular. Desserts are average and hot beverages are just passble. Not exceptional any way. There are way better cafes than this one.

  Really love this place. My favourite is the desert menu, which is wide and varied and all equally scrumptious and reasonably priced. I had the chocolate mousse and milena cake. The coffee was disappointing though. I had a latte.
  
  The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be going back there.

  The place is too small and few people already occupies the chair, lenghty wait time for weekends and a bit pricey for hot choco for a small cup, the chairs are nice

  Everything is nice except the staff were too fast in cleaning up your table. So we've been interrupted at least 3x in our table and were always ask "are you finished with this?". Every time the staff passed by, they would look at our table and check if we have finished our cake. I hope they should train the staff more by letting their customers enjoy their table and ambiance of the place. Nevertheless, we'll be coming back.
