Awful doesn't even say enough. They disn't even arrive on the day of the move. Cost me time, money and a lot of unrequired stress. I manage big projects all the time so thank God I hadon't a contingency plan. Buyer beware, DO NOT USE!!!!

If any one has any claim please contact our call center! if you are our competing company then please look in to a better marketing program than the cheap ideas! we have been in Dubai market since 13 years People of UAE trust us for what we offer.

WARNING!!!!!!
What ever you do stay away from these guys. They have done nothing but lie and cheat. We have ended up paying a lot more than the initial quotation even though they came to our house and saw what we had. We moved from Dubai to Doha.
They said my car would take 5 days. It took almost 50 days. They kept on saying it was a queue at the border, this was just lies. When it finally came the door had a big dent in it. We were told they would pay (they still haven't)
They were suppose to store our things until we sorted a new house out. On 14th of March we told them we need our things on 1 April . The MD wrote an email back saying it would leave Dubai within a week. Guess what operations person said when it's the day before it should arrive? its in a queue We asked for drivers number but she didn't want to give it so we knew she was lying. Finally we got the number and luckily we have a friend that speaks Hindi . Driver said (this was on the 6 April ) he is just finishing packing the truck in Dubai .
When finally at the border in Saudi he called and said he needed us to come to border 100 km away and pay because he has no money.
Two days after that he finally showed up didn't speak a word of English and it's was only him I don't unpack or unload he said! We called and spoke to both operations and sales person, again they had been lying to us and are now said it was not included even though we have door to door with unpacking and rubbish removal on the quote to prove this.
They have no integrity. No one calls back when they say they will, the MD stopped answering the phone long time ago,the operations person she has no limit for the lies she can tell and the sales guy sometimes answers but is not much better.response / report this review -

Really distressing. Waited, then chased. Have been lied to, double charged. And 5 months after collection, I still don't have my things. I am reporting them to the Dubai police.

CROOKS! DO NOT USE
They lie and cheat you all the time.
Packing is very bad and when you pay your invoice you are in serious trouble.
I booked private 20ft container. After i loaded it at their warehouse and locked it with my padlock they opened it after i left and loaded other customers things inside.
Then shipment is delayed and the constant constant lies start.
Container was late and i only found out by accident as a professional agent cleared it after i called the police.
The owner Rubin is a crooka liar and a cheat.
I have to now call the police in Dubai and make a criminal complaint against them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SECPAC GLOBAL was recommended to us by a friend as they were very happy with the service when they helped them move their house. When we asked for a quote to move the contents of our 4 bed house, They responded very quickly and the quote was through and very competitive so we confirmed them. They were very punctual and took extreme good care of all our belongings, making sure they were well wrapped and stowed. Their service was amazing… Thanks very much!!!
