Worst experience Ever and i don’t recommend anyone to visit, i had very bad experience and I complained and the owner didn’t take action, he just reply we are sorry and we will see
Here is my story
i called the place and I confirmed appointment through Chris and i went on my schedule time and they said to me there was no barber available however one barber called Ashraf was there and free and he is asking me to change my time
Kindly note that i am disappointed and i was planning to refer some friends just moved new to abudhabi to take membership package but now i will be not referring till i see what is the action that you will take from your side.

One of the best places to have a hair cut in Abu dhabi. Great personell ready to welcome you, offering you tea and coffee up in arrival. Excellent barbers and hair dressers. The store is wel furnished, music, tv's and magazines.

I didn't have the hair cut that I asked for. After I asked the guy to fix it, he did so unwillingly and poorly.

Had a horrible experience. Showed a guy picture of my own haircut, he confirmed he can do it. It turned out to be completely opposite from what I asked, and did exactly what I told him NOT to do. When I said not to cut too short, I ended up with less than 1cm length (normally length of my hair is 3-5cm). In the end he was even convincing me that it’s the same like on the picture, giving excuse that he doesn’t speak English. I guess my picture was in English too 🙄Other guys were professional, apologizing for the inconvenience. Ended up not even paying, but I will consider if I’ll come back.
