I got a call early in the morning around 8:15 am saying that "we shall be coming in 15 mins to start moving". As soon as they arrived they wasted no time in gathering the items and putting them in the boxes. The service was very fast. The staff did a very good job in packing, only if they would label the boxes with names for the required items and rooms. The shifting was a success and they also helped put up the items

They were very professional and did the job perfectly. I asked them to hang some extra painting and they did it without any ignorance. They kept asking if there was any other help required. I would certainly recommend them. All staff were very friendly and professional and also their price was affordable compared to other movers.

There were about 10-12 men that came at 10 AM and finished moving an entire 3 bedroom villa into an apartment by 7:30 PM. Everything was handled with care, no instructions necessary at all. They were completely reliable and quick. Due to the amount of stuff and the building policy, they did have to come again the next day and help reassemble and unbox and did so with patience. Highly recommend them!

    “Excellent service"
Moved after 7 years within Dubai. Got quotes from many movers - referrals Safeway was the cheapest & not a referral. We were worried that it might be too good to be true & at that they will spring a surprise & add-on stuff when we would have no choice. 4 bedroom villa. Excellent move, 13 people came, handyman services. Manoj, VIshnu, Dheeraj, Dawood- & all -great- & Sandra.

So they left my cooker disconnected and when I got hold of them they said I should’ve seen it before they left. Then he wanted my building security guy to connect it - something as dangerous as gas! Never apologized or expressed any empathy! Super bad customer service.never using them again!

They are CHEATERS, they charged me for new boxes for later on to unpack all the boxes and put my things in old boxes. They unpack all my personal things that I packed and named each box, for my international shipment, and changed them to old boxes. Most of the boxes reached broken and open on the sides. The boxes where our iMacs came were poorly packed (packed by them) and opened, we are wishing they still work. I packed 18 boxes, most of them big ones and I received small ones with everything messy inside. I asked the Manager for an explanation and they are just ignoring my emails. I am hoping everything I packed is here, otherwise you're going to hear more from me. Don't recommend this cheap company for anyone!

Very bad experience i ever had with moving (house) company in Aug 2017.Not professional. bad packing and up packing, they are using old and used box's again some are not clean from inside.
Not organize , used open tracks even when they says it is completely close.
Rush and fast unpacking my box's just to finish and leave.
have lost some items and kept calling talking to their manager and he deny it. Not Recommend at all to use for moving house here in Dubai.
    Best. DDZZ

    Dubai to Doha job
They delivered my shipment but lied, and tried to scam me more than once.

    - On packing day 22/Nov/2016 their supervisor told me my dinning room and storage was "not listed" in their record to be shipped thus why I needed an extra truck because "they dont have space for this extra stuff" and I need to pay more

After arguing that it does not make sense that for us not to mention items we need to be shipped to the survey man who came days before the packing day? Their supervisor said again that those items were not on the paper and that we already signed off (wrong my father signed their Ipad and then they put that signature on the paper) anyway my father then tells me to take that paper from the supervisor and review it wait for it

I find that those items were included and they have included some items that we dont even want to move? scammers. The supervisor then apologized for the mistake that he did "not see it"

    - Were requested and were promised a closed truck but that is just for show, they ended up renting an open truck from a different company with a driver to take the stuff.

    - Said the shipment will take 5 days from Dubai to Qatar / It took nearly 2 weeks with the driver not picking up the phone in the process for some reason

    - The driver got "fined" 2000 DIRHAMS at the saudi border as they said and he showed a receipt, for not using pallets under all the boxed in the truck. They then contact me telling me that I have to confirm that am going to pay this fine before delivering the truck. How am i supposed to know the rules of shipping when I hired you to deal with all of this. Apparently Safeway told the driver they will not pay him his delivery fee if he does not take the fine money from me (the customer) as they have no contract of them renting an external company to deliver my stuff.

In summary I received my stuff safely but they're a big headache, tried to scam me in any way. Not worth the hassle.

Advice for the business, be honest and have integrity in your work in order to be successful. You will never progress by scamming people.

Below review is completely fake and truth less, as he wanted to show his cheap attitude and remove his stuff without paying the relevant charges due. He is the one brought some five Pakistani labours from the Taxi stand to our store to pick up his stuff and they have entered to our premises without our permission. No one accept these kind of practice and we have not given access to them to remove the goods unless until we receive our dues. In short we are in the service industry doesn’t mean that we are doing charity servicewe always respect our clients and give professional services who gesture our service and pay for it on time. But if someone shows their power without any reason why should we tolerate on that !!!????.

On day of pack out moving from Bahrain had to argue about agreed upon payment and insurance over the phone.

Misrepresented their facilities to me from the start. There was no climate control, no separate shelves for my items, no separation of my items and other clients' items, no 24 hour security. was just an empty warehouse with everyone's items stacked and mixed together secured by a padlock and chain. I have photos. What is on their website is an outright lie.

Never contacted me when items arrived to inventory and store despite multiple requests. When asked, simply stated, "Oh your items were put in storage last week." Was told I could inventory and inspect my items on 2 separate occasions, neither ever occurred.

Was told I could go through my items as long as I gave 1 day notice without any issue. After 2 visits was told they would charge me 300AED every time I wanted to see my items!

1 scheduled visit Shaji cancelled the morning of (i.e. 2 hours before appt), 2 other visits, the workers showed up at a minimum 45 minutes late. Final visit to remove my items, Shaji showed up an hour after scheduled time. Obviously my time meant nothing to this company.

When visiting, I noticed my items mixed in a pile with other people's items. My 14,000 AED television in the middle of a pile with workers standing on it to look for boxes. Items clearly marked this end up were stacked on wrong ends. boxes labeled fragile glass were at bottoms of piles.

Was told 1 day (a Thursday) before contract expiration to move or pay three month's rent. I scheduled to pick my items up Saturday, Friday being a non work day. Was told I had to pay 1 month's rent before i could take my items as well as the 300AED surcharge! for 2 days! I informed Shaji that I would pay for the 2 days of storage as ridiculous as that was. He then physically pushed out of the warehouse and told me i was not allowed to see my things until i paid him.

After arguing for at least 1-2 hours, finally gave up and paid 400AED to get my items.

I am thankful to finally be out of that place. saving 375AED a month isn't worth the hassle. I now have a unit that is individual, my own lock, and security and opening times as displayed at northern emirates in Sharjah.

Good riddance to an awful company
