Good place for tyre change

Pathetic service. First I called them to ask if they have a 265/65R17 tyre of Goodyear available. They said yes but only for 2016 model not 2017 model. He gave me a price, I said fine. Told him I'll be coming on Saturday for installation. I go on Saturday and he tells me Oh its not in our shop I'll have to order it from Warehouse. Please come next day. I tell him I'll come next Saturday cause I cannot come on weekdays. He says OK, I'll keep it ready and will also arrange 2017 model by then. I say perfect. Next Saturday, he says its in warehouse and that the stock they brought was sold to someone else. I am fuming. He tells me its OK say, I'll arrange our Van to come to your home/office to deliver. This morning he texts, sorry sir its out of stock and we only have XX brand. I mean this is what they call customer service. ????
